• Trading data you provide: trades, journal entries, trading plans, psychology check-ins, goals, and notes.

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and technical logs (IP, browser, device) for security and reliability.

• Billing data: subscription status and identifiers processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

We use your data to operate and improve AFX AI, generate your analytics and AI insights, process subscriptions, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

To generate coaching, reviews and reports, relevant portions of your trading data may be sent to third-party large-language-model providers (e.g. OpenAI) strictly to produce your results. This data is not used to train third-party models where a no-training option is available to us.

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, Inc. Their processing of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

We use essential local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. If analytics are enabled, we may use privacy-respecting measurement to understand aggregate usage.

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
